Have you got a love of design? Do you want to share your knowledge, advice and opinions with others? Then why don’t you write for us?
Irrespective of whether you are a student, professional designer/design guru or just a design enthusiast. Design Droplets is currently looking for contributors. It could be as a one off guest author or as a regular contributor.
Interested in Regular contribution?
Please read ‘what do you get out of writing for Design Droplets?’ and ‘a few guidelines for harmonious article writing’ as they also apply to regular contribution then contact Raph (using the handy form here). Include two to three sentences about yourself, your background (in relation to industrial/product design), why you want to write for Design Droplets and some ideas on what you are interested in writing about. If you have any examples of your previous writing then please provide a link to them.

What do you get out of writing for Design Droplets?

- Your article will be read by people from all over the globe interested in Industrial Design.
A few guidelines for harmonious article writing.
- Before writing an article, you should consider contacting Raph with your topic idea to get approval for publishing your post.
- Any images you use must be no wider than 700 pixels.
- You must be the copyright holder of images used or obtain the permission of the copyright holder for use in this context.
- Your article on Design Droplets must be previously unpublished and cannot be published afterwards on any other sites including your own. You may use excerpts on your own website.
- In order to build a stronger community please reply to comments left on each of your articles.
- Design Droplets reserves the right to set the date of publication.
- Design Droplets reserves the right to edit/format the article.
- Design Droplets reserves the right to decline the publication of your article. The reasons will be emailed to the author.
- Design Droplets reserves the right to change or alter any of the conditions set out on this page.

– Write about your own or someone elses design process and strategies. Dig deep and get right down to the nitty gritty nuts and bolts.

– Review of an Industrial Design related book.
Interviews
– An interview with someone who is a professional or guru in the world of design and/or has a unique point of view (an interesting/amazing designer or thought leader).
Design Resources
– A collection and discussion of resources on design.
Design Histories
– A discussion on the evolution of a Design Process at a particular company or how a design has evolved strategically.
