The Webs Best Industrial Design Forums

by Raph Goldsworthy

There are several great ways to interact with other Industrial Designers on the net these days. The first is via sites like this one (Check out our awesome links on the right for some truly great blogs), the second is through social networks like facebook or linkedin and the third is through forums. Forums are a great way to meet other industrial designers, interact with them and get feedback on your work. Below is a quick round up of some of the best Industrial Design forums on the net.

Core77 – Many of you will already know core77. They are an excellent resource and have a great blog as well.

Product Design Forums – Another long established forum, PDF has the largest Industrial Design forums on the net (around 22,000 users)

Love Industrial Design – This is a small forum started by a lecturer from Massey University in New Zealand.

Industrial Design Linked in on Ning – a small forum/social network of Industrial Designers who use linkedin.

ID Asia – unfortunately these forums appear to no longer be running… not sure what has happened there, but they were a growing resource. But there is a small blog there now!

Have we missed a forum? Maybe you want to make a comment on our list? Let us know below in the comments section.
